If you want to check out the popular spots in the area, this place is a great home base. It's situated in a bustling shopping area and is not too far from The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction.

The apartment's location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking meals. the apartment had a door access code instead of a key, which was very easy to use.

The wifi connection at the apartment was quite poor and we ended up using our own data most of the time.

I recently stayed at Merewyke Boutique in Windermere for my birthday weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing a bottle of fizz and a card upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was beautifully decorated with outstanding decor and was spotlessly clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the addition of dressing gowns was a nice touch. The central location made it easy to explore the shops and bars, and the door access code made coming and going a breeze. a wonderful stay that I highly recommend and will definitely be returning to.

The location was ideal, right in the center and within walking distance of shops and bars, making it convenient for exploring the area. The door code system made entry hassle-free, eliminating the need for a physical key. The apartment was also impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive impression.

While there were many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks to note. the stairs leading up to the entrance could be challenging for some guests and may pose a hazard.

We had a fantastic stay at Merewyke Boutique Apartment! The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the bustling shopping area of Lake Windermere. The only small negative was that it was quite warm in the rooms, but thankfully there were fans provided in each room to help keep us cool. Given that the weather was hotter than usual during our stay, we understood that there was not much more the accommodation could do to control the temperature.

One aspect that we found challenging was the number of stairs to reach the apartment, which could be hazardous, especially for older guests. the living area was quite cold even with the heating on, and we were disappointed to find that there was no corkscrew available, causing a mishap with our wine.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of window ventilation, as it could get quite hot in the apartment. However, we simply opened the door for a while to let in some air, so it didn't affect our stay much.
